The Trial Cultivation of the Wild Scopolia and It´s Research for Constituent

Abstract
|
|
|
1) The results of examination by the root-nourishing method for the wild Scopolia, each part of total alkaloid contents is following.
2) If possible the root must be selected new growing part which has excellent power of growth, it has little number of side-root is good for more harvests.
3) The fertilizer of the muddy ground needs compost as base fertilizer, the three factor of fertilizer, N.P.K., must be needed for more nitrogenous fertilizer.
4) The harvests of the tow years old roots are increased about two times that of one year old roots.
5) According to fertilization, contents of total alkaloid depends on the three factor of fertilizer, N.P.K., especially nitrogenous fertilizer take major role in total alkaloid contents.
6) In compare with the wild Scopolia´s total alkaloid contents is 0.63%, but the cultivated Scopolia´s total alkaloid contents, 0.45%, is better quality compare with that´s K.P. in total alkaloid contents.
